啟德體育園熱烈歡迎Coldplay到港演出 入場及交通攻略助歌迷提早入場享最佳體驗
(Hong Kong, 7 April, 2025) The whole city is buzzing with excitement! The highly anticipated British band Coldplay will be holding four concerts at Kai Tak Stadium this week on April 8, 9, 11, and 12. As the venue provider and operator, Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP) has been maintaining close communication with the event organizer, government departments, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless arrangements for facilities and transportation, delivering an unparalleled world-class music experience for attendees.
To ensure the best concert experience for the audience, KTSP reminds participants to prepare in advance. This includes: (1) picking up physical tickets ahead of time before heading to the Sports Park, (2) checking the entry arrangements, while allowing ample time for entry and (3) looking into special transportation arrangements, while also planning arrival and departure transportation in advance. Pre-show activities and official merchandise sales will begin before each concert, so don’t miss out! Coldplay fans are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy a series of exciting and unforgettable experiences.
John Sharkey, CEO of Kai Tak Sports Park, stated: “We are thrilled to host Coldplay at Kai Tak Sports Park, which underscores our commitment to bringing world-class entertainment events to Hong Kong. This concert marks a major milestone for the venue, and we look forward to hosting more international sports and entertainment spectacles, boosting Hong Kong’s sports and entertainment economy and reinforcing its status as Asia’s events capital.”
Entry Arrangements
- General ticket holders may enter at 5:00 pm, while Enhanced Experience ticket holders can enter at 4:00 pm or 4:30 pm. Special pre-show and warm-up performances start at 6.10 pm and 7:00 pm. Do arrive early and enjoy!
- Audiences must complete ticket verification and security checks. Please arrive at the designated entry gate according to the gate assigned on your ticket to scan your ticket for entry. For Enhanced Experience and standing area ticket holders, please go to the designated gate to collect your admission wristband.
- If your ticket states "Gate X", please note that the walking route to Gate X differs from other gates. Follow on-site signage or ask staff for assistance to avoid delays.
- Allow sufficient time for security and ticket checks. Avoid last minute arrivals, as this may lead to delays in entry due to waiting in line for security checks.
- Re-entry is not permitted after scanning your ticket and exiting the Stadium.
- Comply with venue regulations. Restricted items must be stored at baggage drop-off areas in advance. Take note on plastic/silicon water bottles not over 600ml. They must come without lids.
Ticket Collection
- To ensure a convenient entry experience, attendees are advised to pick up their physical tickets in advance at designated Cityline locations before the event day. These locations include Zhuhai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Macau, and various spots in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, totaling approximately 30 self-service stations. On the event day, attendees can also collect their tickets at three specified self-service ticket pickup locations within the Park, including outside the Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground, G/F of the Kai Tak Arena, and the 4th floor of the Kai Tak Mall 2. Many purchased tickets remain uncollected. If attendees plan to pick up their physical tickets at the Park on the event day, please arrive early to allow ample time for entry.
- Affected ticket holders (due to earlier printing error) should exchange for corrected tickets before the event day. Some impacted attendees have yet to complete this process. If exchanging tickets on-site, arrive well in advance to avoid delays.
