As the traffic in the vicinity of KTSP is expected to be heavier than usual, spectators are advised to use public transportation and avoid driving to the Stadium. Visitors can take advantage of the convenient MTR network, as well as multiple bus and public light bus routes that pass through Prince Edward Road East, Ma Tau Kok Road and Shing Kai Road, connecting the Sports Park to various districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
MTR
KTSP is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk from MTR Exit D of Kai Tak Station or Sung Wong Toi Station.
MTR will enhance train service of the Tuen Ma Line (applicable on 24, 29, and 30 July) and Island Line (applicable on 25 July) as needed to accommodate passenger demand.
Bus
Spectators can use multiple bus and public light bus routes that pass through Prince Edward Road East, Ma Tau Kok Road and Shing Kai Road, connecting the Sports Park to various districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
During the match days on 26 and 31 July, nine special bus routes are available at the Sung Wong Toi Road Pick-up and Drop-off (PUDO) Area, serving various districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
Taxi
The taxi stand at the Stadium is located outside Gate H on the ground floor and is open all day for taxi pick-up and drop-off.
Upon arrival, spectators can be dropped off at the taxi stands located at both the Stadium or Kai Tak Arena.
After the event, spectators should take the escalator outside Gate H of the Stadium down to the ground floor taxi pick-up point to catch taxis.
No taxi pick-up service will be available at Kai Tak Arena or Sung Wong Toi Road PUDO Area.
Cross-boundary travels
Please plan your journey in advance and be mindful of the operating hours of each border crossing to avoid delays.
MTR passengers should note that the last train to Lo Wu departs from Sung Wong Toi Station at 10:59 pm and from Kai Tak Station at 11:01 pm.
During the match days on 26 and 31 July, franchised buses will operate two special routes from Sung Wong Toi Road PUDO to Lok Ma Chau (San Tin) Public Transport Interchange, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port, and the Airport.
Passengers traveling on cross-boundary coaches to Mainland cities are advised to purchase tickets in advance through the respective bus operators’ websites or mobile apps. After the event, passengers can take the escalator outside Gate H on Level 2 of the Stadium down to the coach pick-up and drop-off area on the ground floor to board the coaches.
Private car
Private car users may drop off at the designated drop-off point at Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground (drop-off only during ingress; no pick-up after the event) or use designated PUDO point on Ma Tau Kok Road in To Kwa Wan.
